Product Details
1. Description:
Carbon black (Carbon Black) is a kind of black fine-grained granular substance, which is obtained by pyrolysis, combustion or precipitation of carbon element at high temperature. Carbon black, usually black or dark gray in color, is highly optically absorptive and optically scattering, and is therefore used as a pigment, filler and blackening agent in many applications. Carbon black has a large specific surface area and many tiny pores, which make it excellent in adsorption, conductivity and weather resistance.
2. Application:
Carbon black is widely used in many industrial fields. In the rubber industry, carbon black is used as a filler, which can provide the effect of increasing strength, abrasion resistance and weather resistance, and is widely used in tires, rubber tubes, seals and other products. In coatings and inks, carbon black is used as a pigment and colorant to improve the blackness, uniformity and durability of coatings and inks. In plastics and composites, carbon black is used as a filler to increase the electrical conductivity, antistatic and UV resistance of the product. In batteries and electronic devices, carbon black is used as a conductive agent, providing excellent electrical conductivity. In addition, carbon black is also widely used in printing inks, dyes, pigments, paints, cosmetics, food and other fields.
